Your tasks
You have several years of experience as a consultant or customer advisor in the SAP SF talent management modules such as Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning oder Recruiting?
You enjoy supporting customers on their human experience management journey?

your qualification
- Experience in implementing multiple projects in the SAP SuccessFactors Performance modules & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning oder Recruiting
- Very in-depth knowledge and preferably certification in one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules (A missing certification can be made up for - your professional competence is crucial)
- Willingness to learn and curiosity
- interest in it, To share knowledge with colleagues and, in particular, to support less experienced consultants with their training
- Strong self-organization skills and strong communication skills
- Fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Little willingness to travel
