Your tasks
- Development of sophisticated applications in the area of ​​SAP human resources based on Fiori/UI5 (Development of useful apps for your own clients)
- Maintenance and further development of ESS/MSS applications (Fixing bugs and integrating desired functions into apps)
- Adaptation of the SAP standard through the use of enhancements, BAdIs and Co. (Optimization of existing apps)
- Conception, Implementation and documentation of add-ons (Development of new applications in the team and their documentation)
your qualification
Completed studies in business informatics, Business administration or comparable training or professional experience as a developer (a completed degree is desirable, but not a mandatory requirement)
Solid experience with SAP UI5 / OPEN UI5 (very important requirement)
- Practical experience in development with the SAP Web IDE and integration into an SAP Fiori launchpad (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Experience in developing oDATA services and providing them via the gateway (Standard requirement)
- Ideally knowledge of ABAP/4 / WebDynpro (enables technical discussions with experienced colleagues)
- Knowledge of SAP ERP HCM is an advantage (SAP's human resources management solution)
- Very good analytical and logical thinking skills (fundamental for meaningful programming)
- Conceptual, methodical and structured approach (no purely technical focus)
- Confident appearance and clear, understandable communication with the customer (Communication at eye level)
- High level of commitment and strong teamwork skills (Teamwork is crucial)
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (Weekends are family time!)
- Mastery of the German language at a native speaker level; For foreign applicants, at least language level C2 (important for coordination with customers)
