Your tasks
- Customer advice in SAP HCM in the traditional HCM functionalities (PA, PY, PT, ABOUT, PKP)
- Support with relevant business processes
- Implementation of the concepts and adaptation of SAP HCM through customizing
- Advice on organizational, process- and application questions
- Development of concepts and creation of documentation
- planning, Preparation and execution of presentations, Workshops and training courses
your qualification
- Completed studies in business informatics, Business administration or comparable training; Career-changers with an industry-specific background are also welcome
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP HCM as well as other SAP modules
- Comprehensive experience in customizing and knowledge of the ABAP/4 programming language are an advantage
- Several years of experience in the (Part-)Project management
- Distinctive demeanor with a strong focus on customer orientation and service
